Project Proposal for ULL's SOAD Architecture Studio 401

4th Year Studio 401 Project Edit 1

Project Location: Downtown, Lafayette, LA - USA 

 

 

Fourth year project, LAFAYETTE is a mixed use residential building. At street level, the building will house a clothing boutique as well as a brewery, and a bookstore. On upper levels, various size appartments will accomodate an ecclectic array of professionals. Connected to the residential building, an open and versatile work space, will offer the possibility for the residents to work at ease.

 

   

 

Projet de quatrième année, LAFAYETTE est un immeuble résidentiel à usage mixte. Au niveau de la rue, le bâtiment acceuillera une boutique de vêtements, une brasserie et une librairie. Aux étages, une variante d'appartements, de surfaces et volumes différents hébergera un éventail écclectique de proffessionels. Connecté à l'immeuble résidentiel, un éspace de travail versatile, un atelier, offrira la possibilté aux résidents de travailler à leur guise.
